Shipping options
A $100 minimum order applies. We offer two shipping methods at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — $10 (2–3 business days)
- Express Shipping — $35 (next business day)
Enjoy free express shipping on all orders over $300. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our local Australian warehouse.
Delivery times
- Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 1–3 business days
- Regional Australia: 2–5 business days
All orders are sent via tracked courier in discreet, unbranded packaging. A tracking number is emailed to you on dispatch.
Returns & refunds
Faulty devices may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Contact support@igetaus.com.au with your order number and a description of the fault. For change-of-mind, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days (return postage at the customer’s expense).
